Play Therapy
Healing often begins where children feel safe to play and express themselves.
Play therapy provides children with a safe, supportive environment to explore emotions, process experiences, and develop healthy coping skills through play. It is especially helpful for children dealing with anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, or social difficulties. Play therapy allows young clients to communicate and work through feelings in a natural, comfortable way.

Our Approach
Our therapists use structured and creative play techniques tailored to each child’s developmental needs. By observing and engaging in play, we guide children toward emotional understanding and problem-solving while building trust and self-confidence. Parents are included as appropriate to support the child’s growth and reinforce positive changes at home.
