Comfort & Accessibility

Sensory Friendly

Our offices are designed to feel calm and comfortable. Lighting can be softened, noise minimized, and scents kept low. You’re welcome to bring comfort items like headphones, fidgets, or a weighted blanket, and choose where you’d like to sit or wait. If there’s anything else that would help you feel at ease, just let us know.

Communication Preferences

We understand that everyone communicates differently. You’re welcome to reach out or respond by phone, text, or email — whichever feels easiest for you. During sessions, you can take breaks, move around, or use tools that help you stay grounded and comfortable.

Requesting accomodations

If you’d like to discuss sensory supports or accessibility needs before your appointment, please contact us. We’re happy to plan ahead and make sure your visit feels right for you.

You are welcome here — exactly as you are.

Commitment to inclusion

At New Care Behavioral Health, your comfort comes first. We know that everyone experiences the world differently, and we’re committed to creating an environment that supports those needs. Whether you’re neurodivergent, sensory-sensitive, or simply prefer a quieter space, we want your time here to feel safe, calm, and welcoming.
