My Approach to Care

I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space where they feel accepted, understood, and empowered to grow. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you can be yourself while we work together toward meaningful change.

I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a Master of Social Work. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, life transitions, grief, anger, relationship concerns, and women's issues. I also have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence, as well as supporting caregivers and families.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and person-centered. I am trained in EMDR and incorporate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I tailor therapy to each individual's unique strengths, needs, and goals.

What I want clients to know: You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, build on your strengths, and develop the tools to navigate life's challenges with confidence.

A little about me: Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my family and expressing my creativity through crafting, DIY projects, and making things by hand. I enjoy finding creative solutions in all areas of life, and I bring that same curiosity and individualized approach to my work with clients.
