My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, personalized, and collaborative. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused techniques. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive therapeutic space.
I work with individuals navigating trauma, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, dissociative disorders, and substance use concerns. I work with adolescents and adults, offering both in-person and telehealth options to meet clients where they are. My goal is to empower individuals to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change at their own pace.
