My approach is warm and nonjudgmental. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and systems-based work. At the heart of my practice is talk therapy—creating space for open dialogue, reflection, and growth.
