Sarah Papesh, LPCC-S, CTP, provides therapy for children, teens, and adults (ages 3+) and accepts Aetna, AmeriHealth Caritas, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Buckeye/AmBetter/WellCare, CareSource, Cigna/Evernorth, Corporate Counseling Associates (CCA), ESI EAP, Humana, Lyra, Medical Mutual, Molina, Ohio Medicaid, Ohio Medicare Part B, OhioRISE, Optum/United Healthcare, Oscar, and TRICARE. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. Sarah offers Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and creates a warm, collaborative environment that helps clients strengthen emotional understanding, improve communication, and build meaningful, lasting change.

Sarah Papesh is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory designation (LPCC-S) and a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP). She brings a compassionate, person-centered approach to her work, specializing in supporting children, individuals healing from trauma, and those navigating substance use disorders.

 

Sarah draws from a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Child Play Therapy. As a generalist, she also embraces an eclectic and holistic framework, tailoring her interventions to meet each client’s unique needs.
