Mackenzie approaches treatment practices with a person-centered approach, and draws from evidenced-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed care. She focuses her work with clients on building a strong therapeutic relationship based on respect, empathy, and collaboration. Mackenzie values creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to feel empowered to build skills and embark on a healing journey of change and growth.
